1. Register or unsubscribe in MySaaSPlace. Is it free?<\/h2>\r\n

Sign up<\/strong><\/a> in MySaaSPlace<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0it totally free to use. When you signing up in MySaaSPlace<\/strong> you will access to all the programs that MySaaSPlace<\/strong> offers you. To contract any of the pricing plans<\/strong> <\/a>you need to registered for the free service, because we want you to try us.\u00a0\u00a0.<\/p>\r\n

To unsubscribe\u00a0from MySaaSPlace<\/strong> you can do\u00a0it any time\u00a0through the \u201cConfiguration\u201d menu within the system.

2. Sign up in MySaaSPlace<\/h2>\r\n

To register in MySaaSPlace<\/strong><\/a> is very easy. Click the top-right box located on the main page “SIGN UP FOR FREE<\/strong><\/a>” and you will\u00a0get to a simple form configured under the\u00a0“Safe” (https…)protocol.\u00a0 When you fill it,\u00a0MySaaSPlace<\/strong> will return a welcome page and\u00a0will sent you an email to the address that you have\u00a0filled previously. Check your email account and you will see the MySaaSPlace<\/strong> email with a link you must\u00a0click on\u00a0to activate\u00a0your account.<\/p>\r\n

After confirming the registration, the system creates your account. Now you can log in<\/strong> <\/a>to configure your company\u00a0and access all\u00a0MySaaSPlace programs<\/strong><\/a> for free.<\/p>\r\n

If you do not receive the MySaaSPlace<\/strong>\u00a0email\u00a0 check your Spam or Junk mail. If the MySaaSPlace<\/strong> message has come in as\u00a0Spam in your mailbox,\u00a0please enable\u00a0 the domain @MySaaSPlace.com<\/strong> like a\u00a0friendly domain in your Spam system\u00a0 because\u00a0we will contact you by email\u00a0for further actions and promotions.

3. Users management<\/h2>\r\n

When you start using MySaaSPlace<\/strong><\/a> the first user, usually the one that has sign up<\/strong><\/a>, \u00a0will be the Administrator user. The administrator\u00a0will have the power to manage\u00a0all the data\u00a0of your company and the access to all the programs. From the Administrator user you\u00a0can configure all parameters\u00a0of your company.<\/p>\r\n

Additionally, the Administrator user can invite\u00a0 new users to the company\u00b4s\u00a0applications, as many as you want. In the Free\u00a0Plan<\/strong> the administrator is the only user, if you want more users you will need to contract one of our pricing plans<\/strong><\/a>.

4. Invoicing periods<\/h2>\r\n

Once you have decided to contract any of the MySaaSPlace pricing plans<\/strong><\/a>, you should\u00a0will go\u00a0to the “Settings” menu in the application and select\u00a0 the one you want. To complete the contract\u00a0we will ask you\u00a0for invoicing and payment preferences.<\/p>\r\n

One option to choose is the billing period\u00a0of MySaaSPlace<\/strong> <\/a>services ( monthly or yearly). The\u00a0billing period you choose, will be applied to all services you contract.<\/p>\r\n

You can change\u00a0any time the payment period. The change will be effective when the services, that you had contracted before the change, reach the end date. You will have to configure all your services again, because this change will be considered a new service contract, canceling the previous one.

5. How MySaaSPlace invoices me?<\/h2>\r\n

If you choose to pay monthly, the day of the contract of your first service will be established by MySaaSPlace<\/strong><\/a> as\u00a0the payday of your contract. Once you have\u00a0established the payday of your monthly services and if any month you contract a new service, for instance new users<\/strong><\/a>, the amount of the first month of the new service will be prorated until the\u00a0payday of your contract the following month.<\/p>\r\n
