{"id":304,"date":"2013-01-19T18:51:36","date_gmt":"2013-01-19T18:51:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mysaasplace.com\/?page_id=304"},"modified":"2013-04-08T07:52:40","modified_gmt":"2013-04-08T07:52:40","slug":"invoicing-features","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mysaasplace.com\/en\/functions\/invoicing\/invoicing-features\/","title":{"rendered":"Invoicing Features"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><a id=\"inicio\" name=\"inicio\"><\/a><\/p>\r\n<h2>Invoicing Features<\/h2>\r\n<p>Here we show\u00a0the most important features of<strong>\u00a0Invoicing<\/strong>\u00a0software of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysaasplace.com\/en\"><strong>MySaaSPlace<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><a href=\"#tablas\">Data Entry Tables<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t<li><a href=\"#comercial\">Commercial Menu<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t<li><a href=\"#purchasing\">Purchasing Menu<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><a id=\"tablas\" name=\"tablas\"><\/a><\/p>\r\n<h2>Data Entry Tables<\/h2>\r\n<p>The Data Entry Tables are the first thing to\u00a0set up when starting to use the <strong>Invoicing<\/strong> tool .This module will let you manage the following data:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>The Payments Conditions Menu\u00a0will let\u00a0you to set up\u00a0your payment conditions: Cash, 30-day installment, direct debit, etc. Some of them\u00a0are already loaded by default and you can define new payment conditions.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Discounts Menu\u00a0lets you define\u00a0discount lists to apply to each customer.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Currency Menu\u00a0is used\u00a0to upload the currencies you want to work with and to define a default currency. Some currencies are already loaded by default.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Documents Menu will allow you to choose the type of document that you will use for your invoices, orders, etc. You will have a document list to use by default\u00a0and you will be able to insert your company\u00b4s logo, etc. in the chosen default documents.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Payment Methods Menu\u00a0is used\u00a0to choose and add the payment methods you want to apply to customers and suppliers: Checks, transfers, etc. (Some of them are\u00a0already loaded by default).<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Group of &#8211; SKUs -Customers &#8211; Documents &#8211; Nations &#8211; Suppliers Menus help you to, for example,\u00a0 cluster from this menu your list of Suppliers or Vendors\u00a0in several groups. Each Group can be related to\u00a0his respective ledger account in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysaasplace.com\/en\/functions\/accounting\/\"><strong>Accounting<\/strong><\/a> program from the same menu.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Tax Menu\u00a0lets you define\u00a0the taxes you work with (VAT, Income tax, etc.). Some of the most frequently used taxes are already loaded by default.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Nations Menu\u00a0is used\u00a0to add nations to use when you have to\u00a0entry the country of a customer or supplier. This field will be internally encoded for further processing in the extraction and filtering of information (lists, reports, dashboard). Most of the nations are loaded by default.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Nature of VAT Menu\u00a0lets you group the different VATs you use,\u00a0so these are also grouped in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysaasplace.com\/en\/functions\/accounting\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Accounting<\/strong><\/a> tool. This function simplifies your company\u00b4s accounting. Many of the frequently used VAT\u00a0natures used in accounting are already loaded by default.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The\u00a0State (or Province)\u00a0Menu has the same use as\u00a0the Nations Menu\u00a0nations.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Units Menu allows\u00a0is used to define the different unit types to use for your Articles (SKUs) or Items\u00a0and for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysaasplace.com\/en\/functions\/integrated-project-management\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Project Management<\/strong><\/a>. You can define all kind of units (Units x1, box unit x12 units, litres, kilos, pounds, etc.). Most of the common used\u00a0units are already loaded by default.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><a href=\"#inicio\">Top<\/a> <a id=\"comercial\" name=\"comercial\"><\/a> <br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<h2>Commercial Menu<\/h2>\r\n<p>The Commercial Menu of the<strong> Invoicing<\/strong> program of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysaasplace.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>MySaaSPlace\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0gives you access to the most used functions in the\u00a0<strong>Invoicing<\/strong> program. It is one of the most used menus\u00a0for the day to day\u00a0management of your activity.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>The Items (Articles, SKUs)\u00a0Menu is where you\u00a0 do the management of the items which your company purchases or sells. From here you can define new items, delete items not used anymore or edit their features, prices, etc.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Banks Menu is a screen where you can register,\u00a0delete or\u00a0edit the bank account\u00a0of your customers and suppliers. You will be able to assign them\u00a0with the customers or the suppliers menus.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Customers Menu\u00a0lets you do all the client&#8217;s maintenance and create , delete or\u00a0edit them as you need.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Invoicing Menu\u00a0lets you generate the\u00a0recurrent bills and\u00a0invoices to\u00a0your customers. Since most of the customer&#8217;s data, payment T&amp;Cs, etc are already encoded in the <strong>Invoicing<\/strong> tool,\u00a0making an invoice is\u00a0really quick and easy.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Invoicing Accounting Menu,\u00a0lets you choose the range of invoices (customers and suppliers) you want to enter in the books.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The\u00a0Order Management\u00a0Menu is used to create orders to your suppliers so the information is registered for further accounting.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Recurrent\u00a0Order Menu lets you place recurrent or periodical orders to your suppliers.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Proposal Menu is used to create proposals for your customers. If the Proposal is confirmed by the customer you will be able to directly do the invoicing by converting the proposal in one or more invoices.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Pricing Menu lets you create specific pricing tables of your items for each customer. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysaasplace.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>MySaaSPlace<\/strong><\/a> pricing management is both flexible and powerful.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The Commercial Reports Menu lets you extract all kinds of lists and reports from the system and export them with the most common formats.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><a href=\"#inicio\">Top<\/a><\/p>\r\n<p><a id=\"purchasing\" name=\"purchasing\"><\/a><\/p>\r\n<h2>Purchasing\u00a0Menu<\/h2>\r\n<p>The Purchasing Menu of the<strong> Invoicing<\/strong> program of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysaasplace.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>MySaaSPlace\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0lets you manage your purchasing activities.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>The Suppliers (Vendors)Menu lets you manage all the supplier information you need both in terms of products and services they sell as well as the specific purchasing terms &amp; Conditions (T&amp;Cs) you have agreed.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The\u00a0Supplier Invoices\u00a0Menu lets you manage all supplier\u00b4s invoices as well as automatically do the accounting.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><a href=\"#inicio\">Top<\/a><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Invoicing Features Here we show\u00a0the most important features of\u00a0Invoicing\u00a0software of MySaaSPlace.
