1. Differences between free use and payment?

The differences between using the Accounting program of MySaaSPlace for free or paying one of our pricing plans are:

The Free Plan only lets you entry 5 invoices a month from the Invoicing program, no manual inputs but you have access to all the program functionality, this will allow you try it completely. With any of our pricing plans you will be able to do all the invoices you need every month.

With the Free Plan, the account administrator can not create additional users. Only with a pricing plan you will be able to contract additional users and configure their access profile.

2. Can my accountant advisor access my accounting?

Only if you want, with one of our pricing plans you can create an additional user in your MySaaSPlace Accounting program and give access to whom you want. This could be your tax advisor or accountant, or any other role in your company. With MySaaSPlace you create the users you need and give them access only to the areas you want.

For example, if you want to give access to your tax advisor only to see the balance-sheet and some reports, you can do it by creating an invitation. Once you have created the invitation, MySaaSPlace will send an email to the person you have defined. When he or she accepts the invitation, will be able access the programs and functions that you have previously defined in your invitation.

3. Can I modify the general accounting plan?

Yes, once you have loaded the general accounting plan. When you choose the Tax Authority corresponding to your state or region, you will be able to modify the GA Plan, adding, deleting or editing the ledger accounts as you like.
